Please read before downloading the booking form

• Please note we do not accept provisional bookings, dates will only be entered into the diary upon receipt of both a signed booking form and a deposit.

• With regards to chair cover numbers please try to be as accurate as possible on the initial booking form as vast increases or decreases in quantity could result in availability issues.

• Please make sure you order all the items you wish to hire from us on your initial booking form as we can not guarantee the availability of additions you may try to make at a later date such as table centrepieces or bay trees.
